How to Follow Through
By Kevin Donlin,

This week, I'd like emphasize a crucial part of the job
interview process -- the follow through.
In golf, you'll rarely hit a 250-yard drive unless your follow through is
perfect. And it's the same in job hunting; you'll rarely get the job you want
unless you follow through after the interview.
This means sending a thank-you letter to everyone you met at the company you
interviewed with. You can get their names and spellings from the receptionist;
just ask on your way out the door. Doing so will dramatically increase your
chances of finding the right job fast.
Best of luck to you!
