He joins Naples Hotel Group from his most recent position as an Area Manager with Island Hospitality
Prior to joining Margaritaville, Cunningham spent nearly 20 years in various key roles at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG). Most recently, he served as the company's regional vice president of upscale development, overseeing IHG's Hotel Indigo, Crowne Plaza and EVEN Hotel brands in the Southeastern U.S. and Caribbean regions.

As a part of the realignment, two executives have decided to transition out of Hyatt later this year as the organization evolves. Global Chief Marketing Officer Maryam Banikarim and Global Head of Capital Strategy, Franchising and Select Service Steve Haggerty will leave Hyatt in the coming months. Their positions will be eliminated upon their departures. Banikarim will continue to lead the marketing organization through the end of April, and Haggerty will remain at Hyatt as a special advisor to the CEO through July focused on executing important transactions, among other things.
Mr. Silva brings over 35 years' experience in the hospitality industry, including almost 25 years with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts. In his last role, he was Regional Vice President overseeing France, Switzerland, Spain and Portugal as well as General Manager of the Hotel George V in Paris.
Prior to joining HVMG, Woodworth was manager of acquisitions and development for N.Y.-based Trump Hotels, where he helped expand the company’s luxury portfolio with the launch of two new hotel brands during 2016 and 2017.
He was most recently the Hotel Manager of Grand Hyatt Beijing, in charge of the entire hotel operations and a 900-strong team.
Prior to joining the team in Amman, Thomas was the Hotel Manager at Four Seasons Hotel Toronto since April 2015. However, his career with Four Seasons started back in 2001 in New York, and then he joined the team in Dublin for another three years.

Meidinger relocates to the Taiwanese capital with more than 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The 47-year-old was previously the resident manager at Grand Hyatt Taipei from 2006 to 2010. Most recently he was general manager of The Excelsior, owned by the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, in Hong Kong.
