High-Tech Amenity Adds Benefit To Travelers
Durham, North Carolina – Michael Martino, General Manager of the Sheraton Imperial Hotel and Convention Center, recently announced that the facility has added high-speed Internet access to all 331-guest rooms. This high speed Internet connectivity will allow Sheraton guests to work with greater efficiency and speed while staying at the hotel. Sheraton will provide this service free in all guest rooms. The Internet connectivity was supplied and installed by Raleigh-based Capital TelCom, a full service telecommunications solution provider. The facility also provides wireless high-speed Internet service in its 34,000 square feet of convention and meeting space.

Unlike most hotels, this service is free to all our guests. We believe that in today’s business environment total access to the Internet with the ability to do business right from their room has become one of the most important amenities a hotel can provide,” said Martino.
The Sheraton Imperial is a 331-room, full service hotel, centrally located at Research Triangle Park that emphasizes customer satisfaction by providing a range of amenities, including a 24-hour complimentary airport shuttle, a 30,000 square foot athletic club, over 34,000 square feet of convention and meeting space, and business center.
