Sun Hospitality Advisors, a division of The Plasencia Group, Inc., the leading hospitality transaction and consulting services firm, representing owners of hotels, resorts, and golf courses, has successfully marketed the Quality Inn & Suites of Zephyrhills, Fla. on behalf of Jae Ambema, LLC for an undisclosed amount.
The hotel, located 35 miles northeast of Tampa and 40 miles due west of Walt Disney World, opened in 2003, according to Robert O'Leary, a Vice President with Sun Hospitality Advisors. "This hotel offers the buyer an opportunity to acquire a successful, two-year-old, interior corridor property in a growing market. Based on the increasing level of tourists visiting Walt Disney World and Tampa, this Quality Inn & Suites is located in excellent proximity to both locations and is a win-win for both parties."
O'Leary added that this limited service hotel has 200 square feet of meeting space and 72 rooms in addition to the swimming pool.
