Western Canada's newest luxury oceanfront resort, Brentwood Bay Lodge & Spa, opened today.
"After more than two years of detailed planning and construction I'm delighted to open the doors and welcome guests to our new luxury boutique resort, which will set a new standard in luxury accommodation and service on Vancouver Island," said Scott Mawhinney, General Manager of Brentwood Bay Lodge & Spa.

Celebrated Executive Chef Brock Windsor and Sommelier Brian Storen lead the resort's Arbutus Grille & Wine Bar, featuring Vancouver Island cuisine and a selection of fine regional and international wines.
Brentwood Bay Lodge & Spa also features a collection of original artwork of internationally acclaimed B.C. artists in its Fine Art Gallery - a "living" art gallery that rotates regularly and showcases a collection of original artwork in an inspiring range of mediums and styles. On Saturday, May 29 well-known artist Philip Mix launches the gallery with a show entitled "Arbutus: Westcoast Luminism". His paintings will be on display until June 30.
