    Job Requirements of the Assistant Manager:

    • At least 2 years of current experience in restaurant management
    • A mix of FOH and BOH experience in casual dining
    • Guest-focused, accustomed to greeting guests, handling complaints & creating happy guests
    • Familiar with POS system
    • Experience tracking inventory and entering invoices
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule

    • Directs hosts, servers and bussers
    • Interacts with guests to ensure they are having a positive dining experience
    • Maintenance of the restaurant
    • Inventory/cost control
    • Assist with reports
    • Training, coaching and performance management for hourly employees
    • Planning and leading shift meetings
