    Requirements:

    This is a Full-time position with an hourly pay rate of $15.00/ 40 Hours a week.
    Must have Open availability to include working nights and weekends.

    Qualifications:
    • High School diploma or general education degree (GED)


    • 2-3 years of experience


    • Valid PERC, valid driver's license


    • 20 Hour Basic Training Certificate 

    • Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check

    • Must be able to pass a random drug test

    • Must be computer and tech savvy

    • Must be knowledgeable in all Microsoft Office products

    Duties:
    • Manage a team of security officers, including participating in hiring /selection, scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, development and support.

    • Reconcile logs, shift responsibilities and patrols; review incident reports prior to submitting to client and coordinate preliminary investigations.

    • Monitor security cameras that are within the facility.

    • Respond to incidents including property emergencies.

    • Must have the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Bi-lingual considered a plus.

    • Ensure the Client Site is provided with high quality security services to protect people and property.

    • Build, improve, and maintain effective relationships with both client and employees.
