    Customer Service Position

    Loop located in Manhattan are looking for customer service and sales assistants for their new exciting new promotional campaigns. If you're looking for a career in a friendly, fun and supportive environment and your customer focused, result driven and would like a varied role where no one day is the same, then this could be the place for you.

    A genuine passion for Customer Service and Sales is the most important quality, although you may not have had previous experience we do offer full product training. However if you have worked in a sales, retail, or a customer oriented role this would be an advantage but is not essential.

    As a Customer Service and Sales Assistant you will be dealing with customers face to face in a promotions and events setup. We work with a large portfolio of clients and represent their products and services to clients and customers. It's important to us that you understand the customer needs and are able to communicate effectively with consumers in a professional and approachable manner.

    With so many clients and customers we work in a fast paced, high energy and upbeat environment, so we need to know you can keep up with the pace whilst sustaining a high level of professionalism. We work on an ethos that we only promote from within so it's important that you're a first class team player, who possesses a positive motivated attitude.
