Restaurant - Food Service, Hospitality - Hotel
The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent education; 1+ year culinary experience, preferably in a health care setting or a fast-paced open kitchen restaurant; 6+ months of food preparation/cooking experience; ServeSafe® Certification is preferred.

Bistro Cook (Full Time, 40 Hours)
The Bistro Cook is responsible for maintaining efficient and sanitary methods in all phases of the food preparation process while demonstrating the highest culinary and customer service standards. Specifically, the Cook is responsible for:
- Holding to the highest culinary and customer service standards in all phases of food preparation;
- Accurately following recipe instructions to prepare daily menu items;
- Assisting with pre-preparation of menu items;
- Assisting in serving food from steam table line;
- Working closely with Chef and Executive Sous Chef on creating new specials for the Main Dining Room and the Bistro.
