Immediate Need for Construction Project Manager

For the past decade, our team has worked with some of the top contractors in the industry. One of our top clients currently has an immediate need to add a Project Manager to their team.

This organization features in-house design and engineering teams which facilitates quick returns on RFIs and positively affects delivery and bonuses. A small office environment fosters a close-knit team and ensures you will have a voice in process, standards, and operation discussions.

Work/Life balance is important to this organization, and the VP of Operations - who this position reports to - does what he can to help his guys spend as much time with their families as possible. They realize that compensation is important in today's market, and their salary packages are often higher than most here in the local area.

A strong background in Multi-Family, Senior Living, or Hotel/Hospitality would be a great fit, and all potential candidates should have at least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager on projects $10 million or larger. A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, and concrete experience would be a big plus as well.

This opportunity will not last long, so send us an updated copy of your Resume and Project List for consideration. All inquiries are handled with the strictest of confidence, and we will begin contacting qualified applicants as early as next week!
