    Job Requirements of the Restaurant General Manager / RGM and/or Assistant Manager / RAM:

    • Minimum of 1 Year Experience 
    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Effective oral and written communication skills
    • Regularly works in the dining room leading host and service functions
    • Assess staffing needs and recruit staff



    Requirements:
    Our team is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager / Assistant Manager to join our growing team and oversee the overall operations at this location.     You will be offered a competitive salary between $40,000 - $48,000 / year based on experience. On top of that we have many opportunities to grow within the organization.
