    Restaurant Assistant General Managers assist the General Manager with daily operations,  ensures company standards are upheld and continually drives improvement.

    Job Requirements of the Restaurant Assistant General Manager:

    • Minimum 2+ years of  restaurant management experience
    • Effective oral and written communication skills
    • Regularly works more than 40 hours per week, generally 48-50 hours
    • 5 days on the job,  2 days off work as a general rule
    • Regularly works in the kitchen leading culinary duties
    • Regularly works in the dining room leading host and service functions
    • Reliable and regular attendance
