    Requirements:

    Qualifications

    • A minimum 3 years’ experience is required in; Airline Ground Operations management, with Ground Handling Agents, or Security, or Cargo, or Aviation authorities.
    • Must know and understand IATA standards (GHM, De-icing, Fuel,). 
    • Must have excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
    • Excellent understanding of principles and techniques for quality systems management. 
    • Authorized to live and work in US; background check will be completed.

    • Thorough knowledge of MS Office. 

    Desirable Requirements:

    • Proven / Documented skills and qualifications.

    • Management (experience) in the aviation industry. 
    • Excellent understanding of principles and techniques for quality system management.
    • Auditing Experience preferred.
    • Must be structured, systematic and punctual.
    • Knowledge of EASA, FAA, ANAC Basic Regulation and Annexes for EASA Air Operation. 
    • Knowledge of IOSA, IATA DAQCP, IATA IFQP, IATA Security Audits and Quality Control. 
    • Knowledge of Acts and regulations in aviation.
    • Good communications skills, both internally and externally.
    • Ability to be persistent and promote quality.
    • Preferable bilingual (Spanish)


    Requirements:

    As part of the Norwegians NAR SSC Audit team, this job is primarily responsible for the planning, preparation and conduct of audits and inspections. The applicant will be responsible for the follow-up of corrective actions and the verification of compliance. The scope of audits includes all areas of Ground Operation Activities, Cargo, Security including Fuel and De-Icing and contracted services. Other responsibilities include the follow up of the Norwegian Compliance Monitoring System. The position is independent and requires extensive traveling within the Norwegian network. You will support the day to day quality & compliance activities ensuring high standards of deliveries. You will have a logical and analytical approach to problem solving and be approachable, discreet and reliable.

    Job description

    • Deliver support to our customers in accordance with the agreed contracted activities. 
    • Conduct audits to monitor compliance with relevant regulations, requirements, standards and procedures; and to assess that related processes and procedures are in place, are 
    compliant, adequate and effective. 
    • Identify and record any observations or findings and the evidence necessary to substantiate such observations or findings. 
    • Produce audit reports and include findings where non-compliance or areas for improvement are identified. 
    • Follow up on the response for issued findings / observation within specific timescales. 
    • Verify the implementation of solutions within specific timescales 
    • Keep the data base (QualityNet) updated. 
    • Assist and support Lead Auditors / Director NAR SSC Quality & Compliance in different admin functions or relevant projects.
