    Requirements:

    As the Restaurant Area Manager you will coach General Managers in restaurant management recruiting, development, performance management, and retention in order to ensure the restaurants are properly staffed, turnover goals are met, and succession planning is in place. 


    Job Requirements of the Restaurant Area Manager:

    • Minimum of 5 years of multi-unit experience (managing 5-10 units)
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
    • Ability to travel significantly within the region.
    • Ability to work extensive hours.   
    • Microsoft Office Proficiency 
    • The Area Manager must possess a proven track record of surpassing bottom line goals and objectives, meeting or exceeding overall customer satisfaction
    • Excellent job tenure- no more than 3 jobs in 10 years
    • The Area Manager must have high integrity

    As the Restaurant Area Manager, you will be given the opportunity to manage every aspect of the business for our area of company-owned restaurants (between 6 - 10 locations).

    Essential Functions of the Restaurant Area Manager:

    • Lead the area with integrity and facilitates a focus on the company’s mission and values
    • Ensure operational programs and deployments are executed
    • Provide clear and consistent direction to General Managers
    • Develop and consistently deliver profitable P&L’s for every assigned restaurant. 
    • Increase sales and transactions through the development of short term marketing plans.
    • Attract and hire individuals that are the best fit and most qualified for the business. 
    • Conduct on-boarding, and exit activities
    • Identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement and suggests solutions
    • Create a positive team environment
    • Recognize and reinforce individual and restaurant accomplishments.
    • Spend a significant amount of time traveling to and working in restaurants
