    Qualifications:

    • BBA in Finance, Real Estate, or related business field
    • Real Estate License (Salesperson or Broker)
    • 5+ years of related experience and/or training in corporate real estate or project management
    • Solid computer skills required including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
    • Demonstrated ability to achieve goals
    • Flexibility to travel as business opportunities dictate

    The Opportunity

     

    We have an exceptional opportunity for the right individual as an Account Manager.

     

    Job responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):

    • Primary point of contact for client partnership
    • Implement and maintain account team
    • Day-to-day management of account activities and account team
    • Oversee all aspects of the management of the account portfolio including the strategic portfolio planning process
    • Oversee all aspects of the management of transactions including active transactions, special projects and reporting requirements
    • Report account progress and results to client on a recurring basis
    • Brokering commercial real estate transactions
    • Ensure audit compliance through management of properties and projects in ManagePath® , Fischer & Company’s proprietary technology solution
