    • 1 year of Catering/Banquet experience

    Qualifications:

    • Experience in the Food & Beverage industry
    • Catering/Restaurant experience
    • Wait Staff experience
    • Service Industry/Security experience
    • Event Setup/Coordination experience

    Requirements:

    Assisting with Brown University events in the catering department which includes primarily responsible for:

    • Set up, service, break down and cleanup of functions or areas on campus.
    • Gathering and delivers all food and supplies for catered functions to the scheduled locations.
    • Cleans and packs unused food dishes, utensils and equipment for safe removal to appropriate locations, handles trash and waste properly.
    • Helping the guests find what they need, while keeping all work areas looking clean and tidy.
    • Following directions from a Brown Captain or Catering Staffing Company lead is a must.
