    As an Executive Director, you must be a compassionate and caring individual who truly enjoys helping seniors live a better, more comfortable life. 

     

    Additional requirements of the Executive Director include:

    ·         Bachelor's degree; Degree in Healthcare Administration, Hospitality Management, or Business preferred

    ·         3-5 years of management or healthcare related experience

    ·         Having assumed a managerial role that was responsible for multiple disciplines

    ·         Possessing budgeting and staffing experience

    ·         Previous experience in an operations role as a leader


    Requirements:


    We are seeking a creative and motivating leader to assume the role of Executive Director/Administrator to oversee an Assisted Living Community. As the Executive Director, you will manage budget and occupancy goals as well as maintain appropriate staffing levels and drive overall customer service within an assisted living environment. You will build strong relationships with residents and family members



    As an Executive Director you are responsible for authorizing all purchases, provide sales support on site, and conducting monthly family meetings. The Executive Director also participates in the training, development of new employees, developing a cohesive team and implementing new initiatives. 

    Additional responsibilities also include:

    • Reviewing bills/statements, analyzing revenue projections and making the appropriate adjustments when revenue sources decrease.  
    • Sales activity include  networking with outside referral sources such as: rehab, hospitals, physicians, qualifying prospects financially through credit reports, bank statements, etc., 
    • Reviewing occupancy and making necessary  staffing adjustments, assisting in the hiring and recruitment processes, handling all resident and family concerns.
