    Requires at minimum a two-year degree in business, hospitality management or a related field.   At least 2 years hotel supervision experience is required.  Must have a proven track record of providing superior guest service.  Housekeeping experience very helpful as position assists in all departments as needed.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Must be organized and detail oriented.  Must have the ability to work full-time and have the ability to work flexible days and hours as needed, including nights, weekends, and holidays. 

    Requirements:

    Buffalo Lodging Associates, with nearly 50 properties in 8 states and Canada, is seeking hotel management candidates for our TownePlace Suites’ Front Office Manager opportunity.  This Buffalo-area position is responsible for assisting in the overall success of the hotel, meeting or exceeding planned objectives for the hotel, ensuring that superior service is provided to all guests, and that Marriott quality standards are met or exceeded. Duties include ensuring guest scores meet or exceed brand standards, recruiting and staffing, front end management, scheduling, training, morale, employee appraisal and development, A/R and related tasks, and ensuring that our guests and visitors receive outstanding service.
