    As a Customer Service Manager, you need to have strong leadership, communication, time management and listening skills. You should have the ability to effectively perform multiple tasks at once, including answering the phones, taking notes and greeting customers in an often fast-paced environment. Also, you should be able to generate additional business through branch sales, phone sales, referrals, and external business development.

    Additional requirement for the Branch Manager position include:

    • Computer skills including search engine navigation, typing, and understanding of basic applications such as Word, Outlook, Excel, E-mail, etc.
    • Excellent Good oral and written communication skills, personal presentation, and organizational skills
    • Valid driver’s license and current, appropriate auto insurance
    • Sales management experience, a plus

    Job Responsibilities

    As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for providing solid leadership and management of a branch team, retaining qualified staff and monitoring the time worked.

    • Contacting all customers who have become past due, following company instructions and policies, and complying with state/federal laws governing this activity
    • Making payment arrangements with customers that satisfy company policies and standards
    • Performing outside contact work (OCW) and making verbal and in-person contact for collections as needed.
