This candidate must possess great drive, creativity and strong leadership skills while being a self-motivator who enjoys working with and developing direct reports and line associates. This candidate must be motivated, enthusiastic, passionate, energetic and enjoy working in an environment that promotes autonomy, accountability and a close-knit team environment.
The highest standards are already set for this hotel in the areas of guest satisfaction, associate satisfaction & development, quality assurance and experience delivery. The General Manager will demonstrate a professional and motivational image to uphold these standards at all times.
A hands-on approach is necessary to effectively manage the quality of customer service, as the GM and Hotel Manager will be expected to take an active involvement in training programs. This candidate must ensure that product quality standards are met in all areas of the building as they relate to appearance, maintenance and cleanliness.
Ownership and Management expect a consistent delivery of strong results, contributing to the mission and overall success of the hotel. Performance objectives will be discussed in detail and expectations communicated accordingly. The GM and Hotel Manager will have a firm commitment to creating and maintaining a superior quality hospitality operation.

• Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of hotel management experience
• Knowledge of branded hotel systems preferred
• Flexible working schedule which includes ability to work some nights and weekends when needed.
• College degree preferred
