Qualifications

• BS or BA in Accounting or Finance
• Experience to include operational and financial auditing
• Strong process and analytical skills.
• SOX experience.
• Knowledge of GAAP and general business and operational principals.
• CPA or CISA or MBA a plus

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with the project scope of consulting assignment or internal audit
• Develop documentation of existing internal controls and internal processes.
• Review and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls in a variety of business areas
• Develop solutions to strenghten controls, improve profitability and aid management

             decision making capability.

• Perform due diligence work or special reviews/investigations as needed.
• Assist in oral and written presentations to management during and at the conclusion

             of the examination, discussing deficiencies and recommending correct actions
             to improve operations and reduce cost.

• Build relationships with and gain confidence of appropriate client management personnel.
