Requirements:
· BA with MBA preferred
· 3 - 5 years of general Human Resource experience preferred
· 2 - 3 years of HRIS functional implementation experience as an HR business SME preferred (with a variety of HR tools both in-house and outsourced)
· Strong technical and functional design skills requiring detailed understanding of HR business processes issues and best practice
· 2+ years of Project Management experience
· 2+ years Relational database design & development experience required particularly with SQL and data architecture experience strongly preferred
· HR Industry Related Saas/ASP/Software knowledge; Experience with PeopleSoft, Infor, WorkDay HRIS a plus
· Advanced Microsoft Office Skills: VBA, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
· Advanced SharePoint administration and development experience preferred
· Strong troubleshooting, debugging and technical support skills and the ability to quickly identify a root cause for application issues
· Ability to imagine, socialize and implement a better way preferred
Requirements:
· Partner with HR functions to understand business processes and needs in order to help shape technology to support HR operations.
· The role will be critical to the concept phase for Business Requirements Documents (BRD), identification and reengineering of business processes (as necessary), project planning, leading & follow-through.
Work will include:
· Provide guidance to HR as an HR Technology Subject Matter Expert (SME) on optimal HR technology solutions (e.g. use knowledge & understanding of development/architecture/simple and complex software logic to provide recommendations on how to apply various technology solutions)
· Support and guide business requirements development to ensure accurate representation of business needs and outcomes
· Proof of Concept and Ad Hoc Tool Development using Microsoft Technologies (VBA, SQL), Office 2010, and Sharepoint 2010
· Extensive documentation of current state business processes and determination of the ideal state from a technology perspective
· Facilitation of business process scenarios at the detailed process level to identify optimal work processes (process reengineering)
· Act as a virtual SME for HR functional areas by translating business needs into technology solutions
