- Associates in Business Administration or Accounting, required
- Bachelors in Business or Accounting desirable
- Must have prior experience in both A/R and A/P
- General Ledger experience
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to interact with individuals at all levels
- Ability to work independently
Requirements:
Val Tech Holdings is seeking candidates for the Finance Department. This position will be responsible for the day to day responsibilities with regard to Accounts Receivable and/or Accounts Payable and their related impact on the General ledger. The position interacts with various departments on a daily basis and will provide support to the overall operation of the Company.
Responsibilities included, but are not limited to:
- Providing support to the CFO in setting credit policy on a corporate basis
- Responsible for collections on delinquent accounts
- Will perform daily, weekly, monthly reconciliations as required
- Will support the payables function
- Will assist the CFO on an as needed basis to develop new reports, modify existing reports, work on adhoc finance reports and operational accounting projects as needed
- Will provide analysis of the Company performance and drive continuous improvement
- Responsible for identifying variances to insure accuracy of account balances and sales information
