    Requirements:

    The Director of Brand Food and Beverage Services will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of world-class service and support to the brand team, owners, management companies, General Managers and hotel teams of Hilton Garden Inn, Hampton by Hilton and Tru by Hilton hotels globally. As the Focus Service Food and Beverage subject matter expert, you will work to provide programs and initiatives in a way, which places priority on brand preference and value creation.


    What will I be doing?

    • Act as a primary point of contact for brand category alignment
    • Contribute to the Food and Beverage product strategy for Hilton Garden Inn, Hampton by Hilton and Tru by Hilton
    • Deliver Food and Beverage concepts, programs, services, etc., by brand need
    • Align brand standards with product strategy
    • Prioritize and direct resources to deliver projects
    • Communicate frequently and expertly to all stakeholders
    • Prepare and maintain relevant documentation
    • Ability to review and approve submitted documentation against brand standards and the brand plan
    • Socialize messages internally and externally; must have the ability to present in various forums
    • Collaborate with support teams such as Supply Management, Design and Construction, Marketing, etc., to achieve plans
    • Align brand relevant resources such as the Food and Beverage Focus Service Lobby pages, f&bi, School of Food and Beverage etc., with the brand strategy
    • Participate in the implementation of brand programs and collaborate with associated teams and operating companies
    • Participate in cross departmental product development
    • Participate in cross programing of product management groups including Product Innovation and Wellness
    • Participate in the allocation and management of departmental budgets
    • Provide support in the management of projects within all of Food and Beverage
    • Effectively manage projects and relationships with third party partners including vendors, designers, consultants and concept partners
    • Develop programs to ensure compliance with the Affordable Care Act and associated food labeling laws
    • Facilitate food safety programs that protect the health and wellbeing of our guests and Team Members
    • Keep current on Food and Beverage trends and their role in shaping strategy for the brands
    • Manage contractor and consultant labor in an effective manner to maintain project budgets and program deliverables
    • Support the Product Management Group in any possible means and as required

    What are we looking for?

    To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

    • Highschool Diploma/GED
    • A minimum of seven (7) years of professional experience
    • A minimum of four (4) years of managerial experience
    • Knowledge of Food and Beverage Operations, including supervisory aspects, service techniques, as well as current Food and Beverage trends and concepts
    • Ability to think creatively and pair design ability with Food and Beverage Operations experience
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (Access preferred)
    • Ability to travel 60-75%

    It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

    • BA/BS Bachelor's Degree; preferably in Food and Beverage Management or a Culinary Degree
    • A minimum of ten (10) years of professional experience
    • A minimum of six (6) years of experience at the Director level
    • Proficient in Microsoft Access
    • Management experience in Food and Beverage Operations
    • Ability to determine, define, and maintain strategic differences between individual brands and brand identities
