We are currently seeking an individual for the role of Recreation Manager. This position is full-time, year-round and assists with coordinating activities at the resort to include Kids Camp for its younger guests. The Recreation Manager is responsible for the following:
Maintains set standards of performance as defined by Hyatt and management of the resort. Maintain and exceed the standards set forth by the Hyatt Corporation in both recreation operations and management functions. Also, provide customer service according to the standards of Hyatt management when interacting with guests. Monitors program activities, including approving expenditures and ensuring activities are running smoothly; responds to questions and complaints. Oversees rental and registration activities and ensures accurate record keeping for program receipts. Above average understanding of PC operation, a working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and Internet use. Must be available weekends, nights and holidays.
