    In this role as a Customer Service Representative, you start with the basics answering calls and other inquiries, building solutions to a variety of customer questions, concerns, or issues in a call center environment.

    These Customer Service representatives will be answering calls on benefits and eligibility for applicants/existing clients. Their primary function is to accurately, completely and thoroughly answer, process and document inbound calls in a fast-paced call center environment.

    Requirements:

    -High school diploma or equivalent
    -Strong computer skills
    -Customer-service orientation
    -Outstanding communication & interpersonal skills
    -Strong evaluation and analysis skills
    -Healthcare experience is a plus
