     Looking for someone with extreme Concierge Service
      Percepta is currently looking for an enthusiastic Client Service Concierge  to work with our luxury clients and prospective buyers to earn and retain their loyalty.  The successful candidate will promote creativity and encourage out of the box customer-focused thinking.  This will be accomplished by creating relationships based on understanding client needs, concerns, lifestyle and preferences by carefully listening to the client, providing knowledge and resources and resolving issues in a timely basis. 
     
    This position is a Single Point of Contact for luxury clients to address sales, product knowledge, service issues, dealer information, and to obtain resolutions.

    In this role the CS is empowered to make decisions using client satisfaction tools to resolve client concerns and to ensure client loyalty. Provide an exceptional client experience with focus on building a relationship of trust and enthusiasm while guiding the client from website to pre-buy experience, to include:
     

    • Vehicle Knowledge and Availability
    •  Price building
    •  Local promotions for the brand
    •  Scheduling test drives, following up with the Dealer the day prior and Client 2 days after the  test drive date
    •  Assist with specifications of vehicle
    •  Assist with client/Dealer connection
    • Act as a resource of all product knowledge and service support
    • Act as a liaison between client , service support and dealership by following up to ensure client satisfaction
    • Responsible for handling inbound client calls regarding sales and service in a helpful, courteous and professional manner, displaying knowledge and concern for their needs
    • Responsible for resolving client issues using all available resources, including Dealers, Subject Matter Experts, Field Service Engineers and Resolution Specialists
    • Manage financial assistance requests within Delegation of Authority (DoA)

    What You Need to Have 
    • Associates or Bachelor degree (or 3 years experience in a Contact Center or PR /Sales position)
    • Exhibit strong follow up and organizational skills, in both verbal and written communication
    • Knowledge of the automotive industry a plus
    • Experience in a luxury field (hospitality or brand product) a plus
    • Excellent English language, oral and written, with grammatical knowledge and etiquette
    • Detailed listening skills
    • Strong customer service, interpersonal and relationship building skills
    • Time management and ability to prioritize projects and customer needs
    • Conflict resolution skills 
    • Ability to sway the opinion of others through verbal and/or written correspondence
    • Ability to blend personality with professional  demeanor to provide the client with a comfortable conversation
    • Use of technology  for product resourcing to resolve client issues
    • Typing Skills (minimum 30wpm)
    • Knowledgeable in MS Office, Email, Texting and Chat
    • Ability to work through multiple computer screens
    • Ability to work calmly under pressure
    • Can work a flexible schedule when required
