    Job Description

    To provide guests accommodation in accordance with the policies and procedures of the resort while meeting guests needs, answering phones, answering guest questions and assisting with any customer service issues.


    Perform all duties to the best of your ability, using proper technical procedures and exercising diligence and care.
    B. Maintain assigned equipment in working condition and report any maintenance issues for repair.
    C. Display attentive and gracious hospitality to our external customers (guests) and internal customers (team members and co-workers). Refer guest issues to management when appropriate.
    D. Keep abreast of Resort amenities and facilities.
    E. Be alert to needs and take action when appropriate.
    F. Beware of Safety/Security issues as it pertains to guests, co-workers, and in reference to personal safety and security of property.
    G. Respond to our guests' questions, complaints, comments, and requests in a courteous and professional manner, or refer to management if necessary. Utilize hospitality service standards and display positive behaviors.

    1.Answer telephones within three rings and in a customer-service oriented manner (exemplifying Customer hospitality behaviors and telephone etiquette guidelines).
    2.Check in and Check out guests.
    3.Take the initiative to solve unforeseen problems, including "Taking the Heat."
    4.Perform specific duties from the check list.
    5.Prepare at the end of shift a shift audit and cashout information.
    6.Assist guests with their needs.
    7.Clean up and organize work area before leaving.
    8.Perform other duties as requested by management.
