    Volt Workforce Solutions has partnered with a leading automotive manufacturer in Fountain Valley to help identify an experienced Admin to support their Marketing team. In this role you will be responsible for supporting the Senior Group Manager in their daily activities and being proactive in the management of their schedule and workload, and will also include some administrative support to the wider Marketing team as required.

    Specific duties will entail; travel management from booking flights and hotel to planning the meeting itinerary and logistics; assembly all documents in a travel packet; expense management; raising purchase orders for marketing funding and activities; marketing coordination and ad hoc reporting.

    This is a full time, long term contract position. Position may have potential to go temp to hire as this client is always hiring on top talent to join their team throughout the organization. Pay will be based on experience. Position is full time, M-F from 8am Ð 5pm.

    We are looking for someone with 2 Ð 3 years administrative experience and be proficient in using MS Office.  Must have a 4 year BA/BS degree.  Marketing Communications and/or Advertising is desirable.
