    Job Description

    The Concierge / Marketing Representative provides world-class concierge services, building a rapport with guests and successfully schedules qualified guests to attend a sales presentation. The Concierge/Marketing Representative will also provide guests with company branded individualized customer service.

    Essential Functions:

    • Provide world-class personal concierge services to assigned preview package guests, to include working with the Resort Operations team to accommodate any special room requests, reservations for dining, tee times, spa appointments, transportation needs, and other vacation activity requests.
    • Build guest rapport through pre-arrival personal concierge services following company touch point contact process.
    • Schedule post-arrival meetings to reconfirm guest requests, and create and deliver guests' personalized welcome packet.
    • Promote Starwood customer loyalty program, ultimately creating a Starwood customer for life.
    • Continual follow-up with guests to ensure satisfaction with their stay.
    • Build an extensive knowledge of the local area restaurants, shopping, activity providers, transportation options, and Resort information.
    • Generate interest about company and schedule appointments for guests to attend our Sales Presentation at The Westin Desert Willow Villas.
    • Maintain minimum performance standards for guest tour penetration rate.
    • Provide professionalism and a positive team culture.


    • Excellent verbal, written, and computer skills are required.
    • Minimum of two (2) years Customer Service experience required.
    • Flexible schedule, to include evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, is required.
    • Excellent knowledge of the local area is preferred.
    • Physical Requirements: Sit at a desk for up to 6 hours is required. Ability to lift and carry small packages of up to 20 pounds is required. Computer use requires visual observation.
    • Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing is required.
