    The Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills and The Beverly Hilton is now hiring for a Complex Operations Analyst.

    This position will require the following:

    • Bachelors degree
    • Experience in a hotel operational role
    • High Level of Analytical skills/experience
    • Must be a self starter and be able to work with an extreme amount of professionalism.
    • Hotel Experience

    Preferred qualifications:

    • Experience in hotel finance, revenue and or operations
    • Masters degree in Business Administration
    • Supervisory/Management experience in a hotel

    What will I be doing?

    Analyzes historical data, consolidates budgets, performs payroll analysis, reviews computer programs, participates in F&B reporting process, and uploads reports and other duties as needed. Cost control, labor, guest supplies, and revenue generating ideas. Maximize Revenue and Minimize Cost. Revenue analysis
