    A large Logistics company in the South Bay is seeking an Air Export - Gateway Coordinator. This person must be reliable and detail oriented, have a great attitude, be able to work independently and within a team, and have a minimum of 6 months of experience in Air Logistics (preferably Air Export). Responsibilities will include heavy filing, tracking shipments on airline websites and updating "on board" and events using ProCars, helping our employees with documents, copying, collating, assembling, making ad hoc bookings with airlines, making monthly pre bookings of scheduled consolidations, breaking down files for other agents, independently manifesting and closing consolidations as directed by Supervisor or manager, obtaining spot quotes form airlines, giving spot quotes to the branches, communicating and providing updates to off-shore offices and branch staff. This opportunity requires a flexible schedule to work Monday-Friday 9am-6pm and Tuesday-Saturday 9am-6pm depending on the need.
