    The primary function of a Concierge Specialist located onsite at our Westin resorts here on Maui is to support the Vacation Services Center, Marketing, Sales, and Operations departments at The Westin Nanea Ocean Villas.
    Major Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Support the Marketing and Sales Department with administrative tasks
      • Maintain inventory and stock of supplies, brochures and collateral for Concierge desks
      • Print and deliver correspondence to the Front Desk for guests prior to arrival
    • Assist the Lahaina Vacation Services Center as deemed appropriate by Management
      • Act as the site liaison for the Lahaina Services Center
    • Provide outstanding customer service to all guests, owners and visitors of the Resort
      • Assist Guests and Owners in a branded, friendly, proactive and efficient manner with appropriate follow-up as necessary
      • Know all essential aspects of our Resort Operations
      • Work collaboratively with Resort Associates and resources
      • Build an extensive knowledge base of local area restaurants, shops, transportation options and airports
    • Maintain a positive and professional relationship with all vendors and merchants
    • Support our Operations Partners and Vendors delivering communication to Managers and guests on a daily basis




    Requirements

    • Excellent verbal, written, and computer skills required
    • Extensive knowledge of local area and resort
    • Must embody professionalism, and consistently demonstrate high quality guest service
    • Must be willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
    • At least one year of Customer Service experience required
    • Prior experience in Sales and/or Marketing preferred
