    The beautiful Hilton Sedona Resort & Spa is looking for an Athletic Club/ Spa Front Desk Attendant to join their amazing Spa Team that is able to multitask, enjoys learning new things, and is customer service oriented.

    Schedule: Must have open availability to work varied shifts within the hours of (5:00am-9:15pm), must be available on weekends and holidays.

    Wage: $11 per/hour, Paid Time Off, Hotel Travel Discounts, and more!

    What will I be doing?

    • Greet guests and respond to guest inquiries and resolve service issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
    • Maintain cleanliness of work area including, but not limited to, cleaning the facility, locker rooms, machines and equipment in accordance with federal, state, local and company standards
    • Stock and replenish the facility with supplies and products, including, but not limited to clean towels, fresh water, drinking cups, etc.
    • Conduct financial transactions, as needed
    • Manage customer feedback effectively to ensure issues or compliments are escalated to enable long-term improvements in products and services
    • Ensure client experience is proficient including bookings, payments, and consultation cards
    • Interact and communicate effectively with clients, members, team members, guests, and management team
    • Up-sell with latest departmental incentives
    • Report accidents, maintenance issues, or other incidents
    • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
