    Job Description




    Job Purpose:



    Provide exceptional guest service. Accurate daily computer postings. Answer phones with Aloha Spirit.





    Job Responsibilities:



    1.
    Answer all phone calls directed to the Front Services department in a professional manner.



    2.
    Direct Bell/Valet to priority tasks.



    3.
    Give accurate answers to all guests.



    4.
    Give accurate directions to all guests.



    5.
    Communicate with Guest Services about changes.



    6.
    Organize amenities delivery.



    7.
    Responsible for the clerk's bank per shift (cash handling).



    8.
    Post Tiki's parking into CLS system.



    9.
    Post guest parking into the CLS system.



    10.
    Distribute employee parking passes.



    11.
    Perform other duties as assigned.





    Job Qualifications:



    Education
    High School degree/diploma or equivalent additional experience.



    Experience
    2 or more years experience in customer service.
