    As an Associate Regional Manager based from your home office on the East Coast, you will act as the primary contact partnering with our development group to promote the Company's business growth and marketing objectives by researching and assisting with hotel development leads. Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail will quickly allow you to be a subject matter expert pertaining to our business plans and markets, allowing you to compile data and reporting to support our marketing goals. Your relationship building skills will help you deliver this information and optimize our prospective member's experiences while representing Best Western at company functions and client meetings. We will rely on you to deliver business results by following-up on all leads and assisting with applications that meet growth and quality requirements.  

    Prior experience in the sales or service industry combined with your outgoing personality will be an advantage as you promote our brand and enhance communication with prospects, Regional Directors, and other key member touch points within Best Western. Strong verbal and written communication skills will enable you to effectively interact with our potential members and with all levels in the organization. Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products, specifically with PowerPoint and Excel will give you the technical skills you need for this role. This position will require travel up to 20% of the time.
