    Assist Event Managers with the many aspects of the group sales agreement and corresponding arrangements between the hotel and customer during the meeting or event. Communicates with the various departments to prepare for group visits. Helps create the necessary paperwork (BEOs, Resumes. etc.) to ensure a successful group program. Helps monitor group room pick-up, tracks and manages group accounts (i.e. notifies Finance of payment schedule, informs clients of overdue payments, etc.), serves as an on-site liaison (when needed), follows-up with in-house groups. Takes care of groups' requests and deals with special requirements the meeting planners might have. Updates and posts Daily Events on Reader Boards. Qualified candidates should be well-organized, able to juggle multiple tasks in a given day/week, and comfortable interacting with guests via phone and email.

    Excel, Word, Outlook proficiency required

    Previous Delphi proficiency a plus
