    The Inventory Reporting Coordinator is responsible for supporting The Starwood Preferred Guest (SPG) compensation reporting and reimbursement request processes. They will become the expert in the Starwood Preferred Guest program and premium compensation guidelines for Vistana Resorts. The coordinator will work closely with on-site SPG Champions and Accounting to resolve problems and provide education on the Starwood Preferred Guest program and benefits. The Coordinator must work as part of a collaborative team, but have the knowledge to independently lead exploration of ideas and gather information relating to SPG Premium Compensation and Daily Room Driver Actuals. Proactively seeks to develop new processes and analysis to better understand Starwood Preferred Guest Premium Compensation performance.  





    Requirements

    * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, with preferred experience in Access, Microsoft Project.      
    * Requires strong business acumen, collaboration and partnering talents, the ability to think creatively and outside-the-box while delivering the    required end result for business partners
    * Bachelor Degree or Equivalent Work Experience      
    * 3+ Years Timeshare/ Hotel Industry Experience  
    * Knowledge of SPG Redemption Program and Galaxy/Lightspeed preferred, not required
