    Provides support to the Housekeeping Team in providing guest services in public area and preparing rental units for cleaning.  Delivers supplies, linens and other items to the cleaning attendants/linen rooms as directed by supervisor.


    Job Responsibilities:  Maximum of ten responsibilities, in order of percentage of time spent on functions from longest to shortest; do not list anything that does not represent at least 10% of the job's time.  Please include supervisory responsibilities.
    1.
    Cleaning and maintaining all items and surfaces in designated areas to include, but not limited to, front office, housekeeping, housekeeping storage rooms, linen chute rooms, guest rooms.  Ensuring Aston standards of cleanliness.  Emptying trash receptacles in front office, housekeeping office.  Transporting trash to dumpster for proper disposal.
    2.
    Assisting in Guest, VIP and Owner arrival cleaning.  Wiping and removing dust and debris from behind furniture, lamps, picture frames, guest room ceiling panels, lanai furniture, floor tiles, rails, walls, doorways and jams in unit, unit glass sliding glass doors and window frames, lanai screen doors and guest room walls.
    3.
    Cleaning, sweeping, vacuuming floors and carpet in front office, housekeeping office, housekeeping storage rooms, guest rooms and another area designated.
    4.
    Prep and delivery of guest arrival amenities; cutting, coring and wrapping of pineapples, guest fruit baskets, champagne and gift glasses and other gift items.
    5.
    Replenishing supplies in room attendant linen closets as needed.

    6.
    Delivery of guest requested items such as additional linens, hair dryers, kitchen items stocked by housekeeping, additional bedding or child care items (cribs or high chairs).
    7.
    Receive delivery of clean linen and prepare soiled linen for pick up by laundry company.  Pick up and deliver pool towels for the Beach Activity Stand.
    8.
    Satisfaction of after-hours housekeeping services requested by resort guests, room touch ups and guest requested items.
    9.
    Assist in Bell Service in guest arrival and departure service.
