    Bluegreen Vacations Retail Marketing, located within Bass Pro Shops and outlet malls, is a kiosk concept operated by the talented individuals of our team nationwide.

    The Sales Representative will provide outstanding service to Bass Pro Shops customers through both sales and marketing efforts Ð such as booking stays, promoting partner offers, educating consumers, enrolling customers in membership/reward programs and selling vacation getaways and travel certificates.

    Responsibilities:

    While promoting our sales and marketing programs:
    • Provide excellent service by fulfilling the vacation and travel needs of every customer.
    • Maintain standards of lead collection, package and cruise certificate sales, hotel bookings, rental car referrals, membership/reward enrollments and renewals as well as other assigned sales or marketing promotions.
    • Display positive, courteous and respectful behavior towards the company, fellow associates, our customers and business partners.
    • Positively represent our company's purpose and core values through all actions and behaviors to ensure a high level of integrity and customer service.
    • Attend and actively participate in trainings and meetings.
    • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
    • Follow policies and procedures of company.
    • Use only company approved collateral material and documents.
    • Work while standing on feet throughout shift.
