    •We are also looking for applicants with SALES experience. Specifically in a Call Center environment and with a passion for cold calling.
    •Ideal attributes: ability to talk to strangers, high energy, upbeat, "the more the better" mindset, aggressive, able to speak articulately and deal with CEO-level customers, well-spoken, nimble, able to make cold calls and close the sale.
    •Strong communications skills, good command of the English language.
    •Someone that doesn't mind repetitive nature of the job, is committed and focused and loves to talk to people all day.
    •Not afraid to tackle cold sales calls.
    •Wants to earn commissions.
    •Outgoing. High energy. Positive attitude.
    •Inside sales experience a plus.
    •Wants someone that is aggressive and has no hesitations about wanting sales.

    Requirements:

    Inside Sales Representative / College Graduates!

    National business print and online publication company is seeking another Inside Sales Representative to join their team. Office is located by the Charlotte airport! Schedule would be 8:00am - 5:00pm, or 10:00am - 8:00pm Monday - Friday

    Duties:

    • Will receive two weeks of intensive training.
    • Once in the position, will be placing about 18-20 calls per hour, using two monitors, 1 is a dialer and the other one shows customer information and account history.
    • Will be cold-calling and making calls to existing customers for renewals, etc.
    • All outbound calls are to business owners, CEOs and managers, so someone who is not easily intimidated by these prominent figures.
    • Will have sales goals to maintain and those determine how much they receive in bonuses.
    • They do not have high turnover at all even though sales/call center environment.
    • Average tenure is 5 years.

    Requirements:

    $17/hour plus bonuses available. 90 days temp to perm.

    First year should make around $40-50K, second year should be $55-60K+, depending on performance.

    Once permanent they will qualify immediately for their benefits and they have a rich benefits package including 401K, health insurance, employee assistance, etc.
