Country Inn & Suites By Carlson® Opens In Four Cities |
|
Four new Country Inn & Suites By Carlson® have opened their doors for business. The new locations include the 133-room hotel in Council Bluffs, Iowa; the 121 room hotel in Louisville, KY.; the 62 room hotel in Knoxville, Tenn.; and the 64-room hotel in Mansfield, Ohio. |
"We're very excited to bring the Country Inns & Suites By Carlson concept to these regions," said Nancy Johnson, executive vice president, Country Inns & Suites By Carlson. "All employees will participate in the Country Hospitality service training program, to ensure consistent delivery of quality customer service at Country Inns & Suites all over the world." All four properties have heated indoor swimming pools and whirlpools. The Council Bluffs property is located near three golf courses, Children's museums, Henry Dorley Zoo, and a shopping center is nearby.
The Louisville hotel is near the YMCA and five other fitness centers. The Knoxville property is serviced by two airports, McGhee Tyson and Knoxville Downtown Island Airports. Three golf courses are within ten miles of the Mansfield Country Inns and Suites, and the hotel is surrounded by shopping areas, museums, art centers, resorts, ski areas and the best Amish living in the country. Country Inns & Suites locations feature traditional architecture and sophisticated residential interior design with hardwood flooring and decorative ceiling borders. Each hotel welcomes guests with traditional furnishings that blend rich woods and elegant floral-patterned fabrics.
The rooms offer many amenities often found at higher-priced hotels such as complimentary breakfast, in-room coffee maker, in-room iron and ironing board, and weekday morning newspaper. Country Inns & Suites is known for its consistently high quality accommodations and personal, warm hospitality. For the eleventh year in a row, the brand has received a 98 percent guest return rating, one of the highest in the lodging industry. In addition, Country Inns & Suites received the highest ranking for guest satisfaction in the mid-priced with limited service segment in J.D. Power and Associates 2002 North American Hotel Guest Satisfaction Study.SM
