TravelClick Drives Bookings for Its Hotel Customers Via Google
TravelClick Offers Risk-Free Pay-for-Performance Model to Increase Visibility and Direct Bookings on Google Hotel Price Ads
TravelClick, the leading provider of revenue generating solutions for hoteliers across the globe, announced a risk-free pay-for-performance program for hotels to advertise on Google’s Hotel Price Ads program that includes Google Hotel Finder, Google Universal Search, Google+ Local and Google Maps. This unique program allows TravelClick to effectively drive more direct bookings and demand to its hotel customers.
Thousands of North American hotels that utilize TravelClick’s iHotelier™ Web 3.0 booking engine now are displaying real-time, best available rates and inventory on Google’s Hotel Price Ads program, at no additional cost. TravelClick manages the entire bidding process to ensure that each property gets the most visibility and conversions possible, and hotels only pay a transaction fee when a booking is generated. TravelClick does not pass along the pay-per-click and servicing fees associated with Google’s Hotel Price Ads.
Through a proprietary reporting interface that aggregates and analyzes key click data from Google and iHotelier booking data, TravelClick is executes informed bids to ensure that its hotels customers will be placed aggressively against competition. Since space on Google Hotel Price Ads is limited, with only four booking channels able to appear in the rate drop down menu, the TravelClick interface provides participating hotels with more opportunity to show up in the results and increase direct booking opportunities.
“As the number one most used search engine, Google's focus on the hotel sector is a significant opportunity for hoteliers. TravelClick is committed to ensuring that our hotel customers are using the platform to capture as many direct bookings as possible,” said Jonathan Cherins, executive vice president of Reservation Solutions at TravelClick. “Being able to offer our partner hotels the luxury of a risk-free pay-for-performance model and complimentary bid management is integral to our commitment of helping clients generate more revenue and improve performance.”
"Offering our partner hotels seamless connectivity to Google, enables us to extend our clients’ digital footprint, build their brand online, improve their overall search results, and help them convert a higher volume of qualified travel consumers." concluded Cherins.
