Milmark Sells Sheboygan Americas Best Value Inn
Milmark Hotel/Motel Investments, LLC has brokered the sale of the Americas Best Value Inn in Sheboygan to Saheb Investment Group, LLC. The Seller of the 60 room ABVI, USAssets Wisconsin Limited Partnership, owned the property since 1990. Ronald McCord, President, and Jennifer Church, Vice President, of Milmark Hotel/Motel Investments, LLC handled the transaction on behalf of USAssets. Milmark is a member of Hotel Brokers International.
Saheb Investment Group plans to upgrade the hotel and convert it to a Super 8 franchise in the next couple of months. Located just off of Hwy 23 and I-43 in Sheboygan, the property services business and industry in the area, as well as visitors to Kohler Company, Road America and this year’s PGA Championship which will be held at Whistling Straights golf course.
