Palm Springs Luxury Hotel Announces Package, Partnership with Knott's Soak City |

Wyndham has recently created a partnership with the beloved park, and in a resort town known for luxury spas, high-end shopping, acclaimed golf courses, and casinos, the Palm Springs hotel is delighted to provide guests a family-friendly vacation option.
Central to the Wyndham - Knott's partnership, the hotel is offering an exclusive package featuring overnight accommodations for four guests, breakfast for four at the on-site restaurant, and two adult tickets and two children's tickets to Knott's Soak City. The package is available for booking through September 26, 2008. In addition to the package, Wyndham Palm Springs has become a featured accommodation provider for the park, enjoying top placement in the park lodging recommendations.
Knott's Soak City is owned and operated by Cedar Fair Entertainment Company, a leading theme park management group surpassed only by the Walt Disney Company in industry stock value. Along with three more Knott's Soak City locations and over a dozen thrill and water parks throughout the United States, Cedar Fair operates the original Knott's Berry Farm in Buena Park, California. Declaring itself "America's 1st Theme Park", Knott's Berry Farm is an historic Southern California attraction with roots that can be traced back to the 1930s.
When it opened in Palm Springs in 2001, Knott's Soak City made an immediate splash with both locals and visiting families. Over the park's 16 acres, guests can discover 20 energetic water rides and attractions with a wide range of thrill levels. Thirteen water slides, a massive wave pool, and a tranquil lazy river can keep any visitor busy, but true thrill-seekers will head straight for the Pacific Spin. This unusual attraction, found at all three Soak City locations, launches four riders from a speed tube into a steep downhill half-pipe.
Knott's Soak City will begin weekends-only operation in September and will cease seasonal operations after the 28th.
