Lanyon launches corporate RFP management tool

Already used by several major consortia, the expanded corporate RFP Control Center solution will include a wealth of additional functionality required by corporate travel managers to support their RFP bid processing. Key features include: Rating bids against key criteria to reveal conformity to corporate guidelines; the ability for the corporate travel manager to control hotel and chain contact lists; email and notifications with these contacts; customized file export capabilities; robust reporting; renegotiation process control including bulk rate updates and pseudo city code validations.

In creating and expanding this industry-leading solution, Lanyon interviewed travel management leaders across the Fortune Global 500.
