  • Lanyon Chooses Lanyon's suite of content management products to gain more control and agility over its distribution

Lanyon, Inc. (www.lanyon.com) announced today that it has executed multi-year agreements with the Preferred Hotel Group for PropertyVault(TM) and its content management products by extending an agreement for HODpublisher(TM) and DRSpublisher(TM) and adding Content Control Center(TM) / RFPpublisher(TM). By utilizing the Lanyon content management suite, Preferred and its member hoteliers achieve significant cumulative benefits relating to the management and distribution of their content.

"Lanyon is able to provide a content management and distribution solution to Preferred - not just an isolated and independent RFP tool,' stated Deena Kaufman, Senior Vice President Revenue and Distribution Management at Preferred. 'As a result, our member hoteliers have a single point of reference for the management and distribution of comprehensive hotel descriptive content for RFPs as well as hotel descriptions which in turn leads to higher sales conversions for them due to the high quality and consistency of content across all channels.'

'Preferred has been a great customer of Lanyon since 2002 and we are very pleased that they have chosen to expand that relationship to strengthen their content management and distribution process,' stated Chris Wichers, Lanyon's Chief Operating Officer. Central content management will serve Preferred well as they expand their core services and the hotels in their portfolio.'
