Hotel Brokers International (HBI) has conferred the designation of Certified Hotel Broker (CHB) upon Larry E. Best, principal and designated broker for Buffalo Hotel Realty, LLC – a full service hospitality real estate advisory firm located in suburban Buffalo, N.Y.

Tony De George, CHB, President and Broker of Greene, Canfield, De George, Ltd., announced today that Ken Olipra, a hotel broker with Greene, Canfield, De George, negotiated the sale of the Country Inn & Suites, in Norcross, Georgia. The hotel is interior corridor, limited-service with 51 rooms.

Huff, Niehaus & Associates, Inc. is pleased to announce the sale of the Radisson Admiral Semmes Hotel in Mobile, Alabama. The Admiral Semmes was purchased by a partner involved in the Holiday Inn across the street. The Radisson franchise was canceled at closing. The hotel will operate as an independent under the Historic Hotels of America and is connected to Preferred Hotels.
