Wheelock Street Capital announced that affiliates of Wheelock Street have acquired the DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Hotel located in Houston, TX within the Galleria submarket.

The 219-room DoubleTree by Hilton Portland Maine, is situated directly off the Maine Turnpike, just two miles from the Portland International Jetport (PWM) and directly across from The Maine Mall, one of northern New England’s largest shopping malls.

During this time, Hilton Worldwide has also added more than 950 hotels to its total global footprint and created a pipeline of over 860 hotels, among several other successes.
